1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tanya Products website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services
Tanya Products manufactures and supplies precision brass components, fittings, and related products. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings.
3. Orders and Pricing
All quotations provided by Tanya Products are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 for established accounts with approved credit. New customers may be required to provide advance payment or a letter of credit. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are FOB Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Tanya Products shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective goods and must be reported within 15 days of receipt. A written claim with photographs and a description of the defect must be submitted to our team. Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanya Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
